John, I'm excited to share the latest from CRC with you: |
- What is "dark money"?
One of the largest challenges posed by the phrase "dark money" is that it has no clear definition. Politicians, such as Sen. Shelden Whitehouse (D-RI), use the term with no legal precision, but only as an insult. Perhaps the best definition is "support for speech the Left wants to silence." Bradley A. Smith and I respond to questions from members of a Senate Judiciary subcommittee here.
- How far should we trust the FBI?
Five summers ago, FBI counterintelligence agents were still using an ill-gotten FISA warrant to investigate former Trump campaign advisor Carter Page. Earlier this month, the FBI counterintelligence team executed a search warrant on the Mar-a-Lago home of former President Donald Trump. Are these isolated incidents or the latest in a pattern of FBI abuses? CRC's Ken Braun airs some of the FBI's dirty laundry here.
- Who are the men behind Science Moms?
Science Moms is one of the Left's many pressure groups known for dumping lots of science-y words into ads warning of "climate change" meant to mislead suburban women into voting for Democrats. Yet, Science Moms, supposedly run entirely by women, is really a front for the Potential Energy Coalition, an activist group founded by two men. CRC's Hayden Ludwig pulls back the curtain here.
- Who is "greenwashing" whose back?
A ridiculously misleading headline in 2017 claimed "Beer giant Anheuser-Busch InBev commits to 100 percent renewable energy." Meanwhile, Ellen MacArthur Foundation calls for a "circular economy for plastic" to drastically reduce plastic pollution of the oceans, yet its members include eight of the 10 worst plastic polluters. CRC's Ken Braun continues to expose greenwashing hypocrisy here and here.
- Is more federal control the best answer to a future pandemic?
In June, a commission convened by the Commonwealth Fund predictably called for more federal control and funding to address future public health crises. Coincidently, the commission ignored public health officers' hypocrisy in breaking their own mandates, their "noble lies" that undermined credibility, and their blatant political favoritism in excusing Black Lives Matters protests while condemning anti-lockdown demonstrations. CRC's Michael Watson exposes the flawed reasoning and hypocrisy here.

The Left Is Capturing Corporate America (November 2019) |
The Left's war to conquer American culture didn't stop with government and the media. For years, its minions have infiltrated America's businesses and have achieved unprecedented success in compelling corporate America to actively support liberal positions on political, economic, and social issues. In this CRC video, Justin Danhof exposed this leftist movement before it was called environmental, social, and governance (ESG) activism. Watch the entire 3-minute video here. |

Bad Apples: Cultivars of FBI Corruption
|
In this episode: Two weeks ago, FBI agents searched the Florida residence of former President Donald Trump. We'll leave it to others to speculate on the justifications, causes, and ramifications of the unprecedented law enforcement action, but does the FBI's history provide a cause for increased scrutiny or increased trust in the propriety of the search?
Joining me to discuss the FBI's complicated history is my colleague Ken Braun, who recently wrote a history of the "G-Men" for InfluenceWatch and CapitalResearch.org. Subscribe to the podcast on iTunes, Spotify, or Stitcher: |
