Trump Investigation

Student Loan Debt Relief

On August 25, President Biden announced his student loan debt relief plan that will forgive $10,000 in student loan debt for people making less than $125,000 a year and an additional $10,000 for Pell Grant recipients. Russia and Ukraine

Fighting within the borders of Ukraine has continued into August as the Russian and Ukrainian military forces clash. On August 3, the U.S. Senate voted to approve Finland and Sweden's admission into NATO. The 2022 midterm election cycle is well underway with 17 primary elections this month.
