John,
We're HOURS AWAY from our CRITICAL MIDNIGHT DEADLINE to save babies.
JUST HOURS AGO, a state passed a barbaric Planned Parenthood-sponsored bill that could legalize infanticide "for any reason" up to 28 days AFTER a helpless baby is born. TODAY we're taking legal action.
Now the radical Left in Congress is trying to pass its own blatantly UNCONSTITUTIONAL abortion bill that would effectively overrule the Supreme Court, eviscerate pro-life laws nationwide, and make Roe PERMANENT. Some state and federal courts have already BLOCKED abortion bans.
But that doesn't go far enough for Planned Parenthood, which wants to profit from the sale of aborted babies' body parts – and these live-birth abortions make that possible. We presented oral argument in federal appeals court against Planned Parenthood, and TODAY we are sending an EMERGENCY legal letter to the CA governor warning against the horrors of signing the infanticide bill.
We're battling in numerous cases nationwide, and we're ready to go back to the Supreme Court. Our court deadlines are looming, and the impact could be earth shattering.
We face a major challenge. Our nationwide legal efforts for unborn babies require immense resources.
Today we can SAVE BABIES' LIVES, but we urgently need your support before our MIDNIGHT Matching Challenge Deadline. We're down to the wire.
Your Tax-Deductible gift will be DOUBLED. $20 becomes $40; $40 becomes $80.
