A hallmark of the Biden administration has been its heavy-handed regulatory policies, particularly energy and agriculture regulations.

When the federal government grows in power, state governments’ power shrinks. In a country of nearly 4 million square miles, with more than 320 million citizens, one-size-fits-all policies just don’t work. Our state governments need to be able to set regulations for themselves.
