City Hike is a nationwide hike aimed to get people outdoors and raise money to protect the planet. Join where you are, or at flagship events in Los Angeles or Boston.
The first step is easy—register today! A $35 ticket comes with a Sierra Club membership. A $50 ticket gets you a limited-edition City Hike T-shirt as well (while supplies last—so don’t wait!).
After you buy your ticket, you can set up your fundraising page and start raising money. Every dollar raised through City Hike supports the Sierra Club and our planet. The first 150 people to raise $150 get a City Hike tote bag and the top 50 fundraisers get a rad gear package from our partners.
Take a hike! Between September 23 and October 10 get outside with friends and family to celebrate the planet, connect with nature, learn about Sierra Club, and share your experience throughout the hike. If you’re in Boston or Los Angeles, we’ve custom-designed a unique route to show you some of the best highlights of these great cities and have some fun community-oriented get-togethers. Our City Hike app will help you learn more about Sierra Club and national and local environmental issues as you’re hiking.
