I wanted to check in with you and give you an end of month fundraising update, and I have to be honest: I'm worried.

I’m looking at our August numbers, and we are just falling behind on hitting our grassroots fundraising goal.

It’s not a disaster, and the sky is not falling, but we’ll need to find a way to close the gap and hit this month’s target.

With exactly 10 weeks left to go in the race, we’re ramping up every facet of our operation to elect Gov. Kathy Hochul — from staffing up our grassroots organizing team to planning our final advertising budget.

The good news is we just need a strong push from our supporters in the next 24 hours to get us back on track — and if any team can do it, I know this one can. Time and again, this team has come through for Gov. Hochul, and I know that together, we’ll be able to pull it off again.

But to make it happen, we need as many folks as possible to chip in toward our August grassroots fundraising goal. Can we count on you to pitch in to our campaign today?
