As we get closer to Election Day, the attacks on our values and fundamental rights from Republicans are becoming more egregious. Just this month, a federal judge reinstated North Carolina’s 20-week abortion ban, even when a woman’s health is at risk — further restricting the right to choose here in our state.

On top of that, Republicans are spending millions on attack ads targeting Democrats to win this election the only way they know how — by relying on checks from their rolodex of megadonors.

They think North Carolina — and our fundamental rights — are theirs for the taking. To prove them wrong, we need to get serious about protecting our Democratic majorities and electing candidates who are dedicated to issues that matter most.
