The national climate has undeniably shifted, and with his staunch anti-choice and anti-LGBTQ voting record, Ken Calvert is looking too extreme for our purple district.
As a reminder, Calvert barely scraped by in the primary election despite touting an endorsement from Donald Trump. This one-time “GOP stronghold” saw Republican turnout underperform compared to other GOP incumbents.
