Hello, it’s Whitney, Abigail’s Finance Director. I wanted to reach out personally to give you some context on why our monthly fundraising deadlines are such important moments for our campaign.

In 2018 and 2020, Abigail won incredibly close races – both by fewer than 2 points – and this year is shaping up to be even closer.

On top of that, Abigail is facing her most radical opponent to date – someone who’s made deplorable comments doubting whether victims of rape actually get pregnant. Her opponent is determined to bring her extremism to Congress, but I know as well as you do that her values do not represent us.

That’s what makes our fundraising deadlines so important – they’re an opportunity to demonstrate to our opponent and the public that our campaign has support when we have to report to the FEC.

What’s more, we set goals that will fuel the campaign through Election Day, so it’s vital that we reach (or exceed!) them. With that in mind, I’m hoping you’ll invest in our campaign today.
