2022 Antlerless Deer Permit lottery is Thursday, Sept. 1

The 2022 antlerless deer permit lottery will be held on Thursday, September 1. Results of the drawing will be available online at mefishwildlife.com [ [link removed] ] by 9:00am.
*We ask that you please take a moment to review the Antlerless Deer Permit [ [link removed] ] section of our website to be prepared if you are drawn for an antlerless deer permit. *
Lottery results will include the first and last name, town of residence, the WMD the permit is for, and hunting license number for persons who are drawn for a permit.
*NEW IN 2022: Lottery permits must be claimed and paid for by September 29, 2022 11:59 PM. *If the permit recipient does not claim their permit by the deadline, that permit will be forfeited and sold to another person. Permit recipients will receive their permit number upon payment to claim their permit.

Super pack license holders
If super pack license holders are awarded a super pack antlerless deer permit through the lottery, they must claim the permit but will not need to pay the fee. You can tell if you have received a super pack permit by checking the Superpack column under your name. If the permit recipient does not claim their permit by the deadline, that permit will be forfeited and sold to another person.
If the permit was acquired during the regular lottery drawing and not the super pack drawing, the recipient must pay the fee. Learn more. [ [link removed] ]
