Dear John,
We have some great volunteer opportunities and events coming up in Hanover County.
First, on Saturday, September 3rd, our campaign will be a part of a joint Congressional campaign canvass launch event in Ashland with Josh Throneburg’s campaign–he’s running in the 5th Congressional District which includes six precincts in western Hanover. You can meet Josh and meet our new campaign manager, Lucy Hartman. Some great speakers are lined up, including former Board of Supervisor candidate & community leader Dr. Clara Scott and Ashland District Supervisor Faye Prichard. Then, we’ll knock doors in Ashland & Western Hanover. You can sign up here [[link removed]] .
Next, several members of the Hanover Democratic Committee have organized a Meet, Greet & Eat event [[link removed]] for our campaign, on Saturday, September 11, at the beautiful Via Club at Pebble Creek from 3 to 6pm.
