A major win in the fight for abortion access!
I recently joined a coalition of attorneys general to support the DOJ’s lawsuit against Idaho’s new near-total abortion ban. This ban is so extreme that it violates federal law that requires physicians to perform lifesaving, medically necessary care.
We won — a federal judge blocked the ban.
While this is a significant victory, the fight to protect abortion access is just beginning. I will continue to use every legal tool at my disposal to protect those seeking and providing reproductive medical care.
