Friends, as summer comes to an end, we wanted to share some of the biggest updates from the campaign trail:

  1. Dr. Kermit won the primary and became our Democratic candidate running to flip CA-03 blue — plus, Team Kermit knocked over 50,000 doors, talking directly with voters about the issues they care about most!
     
  2. Kevin Kiley continued to show his true colors. Our opponent admitted he is anti-choice, pushed the lie that the election was stolen, and told a crowd in Texas that California is the state “everyone can’t wait to leave behind.”
     
  3. Dr. Kermit was named a Red-to-Blue priority candidate for the Democratic Party, with analysts saying he has one of the best chances in the country to flip a seat in November.
