Over the weekend, I gathered with volunteers from Team Dingell to tell them how grateful I am for the work they do and all the support they give me. Their friendship and support means more than they can ever know, and I couldn’t do this job without them and all the volunteers who have supported me along the way. 

 

My biggest challenge right now is getting out to all of the new communities that are in my district. I want to make sure people know that I am accessible so we can get to know each other. My job is to serve my constituents, and that starts with listening and learning.

 

Today, my team is telling me that we have an important end-of-month fundraising deadline tomorrow. We only have a few more of these deadlines left before Election Day.

 

Before these deadlines, I usually write to you and ask that you show your support for my reelection campaign, but today, I want to ask you to show your support for the volunteers that are out knocking on doors and helping new voters make their plans for Election Day.
