NATURE NOTES

?

The fall migration is at its peak for many bird species. Don?t miss this opportunity to see a variety of birds that won?t be seen again until spring.?

?

Shorebirds, waterfowl and raptors are heading south, along with waves of warblers and sparrows. Watch closely for the final ruby-throated hummingbirds and swallows of the season. Some species from the north have already arrived and are settling in for the winter.

Happy birding!
