We scored a win in the 11th Circuit Appeals Court. We'll keep
fighting.
John,
Senator Graham had a win in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals
against Democrat District Attorney Fani Willis' effort to
subpoena him. But we aren't done yet.
We'll repeat what we said back in July when this subpoena was
first issued: the law is on Senator Graham's side. He will
continue to fight in court until this case is resolved.
John, will you stand by Senator Graham's side during this
important fight? It won't be easy or cheap, but it's time to push
back against the partisan fishing expeditions being used to score
political points.
John, it would mean so much to Senator Graham to know you're
standing with him as he continues this important fight.
We cannot allow partisan District Attorneys - like Democrat Fani
Willis, who represents a county in Georgia where Joe Biden beat
President Trump 72% to 26% - to use their offices to score
political points.
It's outrageous and absurd, but this win is just one of many
we'll need to dismiss this partisan fishing expedition all
together. We know the Left won't back down, so neither will
Senator Graham.
Please stand with Senator Graham as he continues this critical
fight.
Thanks,
Team Graham
