A new Politico report reveals that GOP election deniers are training thousands of poll workers for the midterms. Does anyone really believe this is about election integrity? They are trying to undermine and disrupt our democratic process - period.

But if they think we’re going to let them dismantle our democracy without a fight, they couldn’t be more wrong: The NDRC has a three-pronged strategy to protect democracy, beginning this election year and continuing for as long as it takes.

#1: Elect Democracy Defenders into office
You already know about our work to elect pro-democracy candidates who could be the last line of defense against the anti-democratic agenda pushed by many in the GOP.

#2: Protect and expand access to the ballot
As state legislatures ramp up efforts to curtail voting all over the country - and the Trump Supreme Court lets them – a new push to defend voting rights couldn’t be more urgent.

#3: Stop attempts to corrupt election infrastructure and administration
This means stopping election deniers from corrupting the pool of election workers and infiltrating election administration from the inside.
