After hosting 17 listening sessions with more than 200 attendees and processing 7,000 survey responses, Governor Gordon's Reimagining and Innovating the Delivery of Education (RIDE) Advisory Group is preparing a series of recommendations for public review this fall. Some of the most common feedback received during the listening sessions included support for more individualized approaches to learning, including more flexibility for students to move at their own pace.

Former Vice President Mike Pence was the keynote speaker at the the Rockies Petroleum Conference in Cheyenne. The Governor and Vice President discussed the challenges facing our domestic energy producers, and the importance Wyoming resources play in American efforts towards energy independence.

Thermopolis Post Office Named for Longtime Postmaster and WWII Vet
Governor Gordon joined statewide elected officials and Senator John Barrasso for the dedication of the Robert L Brown Post Office in Thermopolis. Brown was Bobbi Barrasso's father, the local postmaster, and a decorated World War II veteran. The bill to honor Brown was introduced by the late Senator Mike Enzi.
