Surprise, surprise JOHN...

John James had a lot of criticism for President Biden’s decision to forgive $10,000 in student loans for some borrowers, a move that is supported by 55% of Americans. But it’s very interesting where and when John James decides the government should forgive loan debt.

James got $2.7M in tax-payer-funded debt forgiveness, so it was more than surprising to hear him complain that nurses, teachers, and other students will receive $10k in crushing student loan debt relief. This sort of hypocrisy is jaw-dropping. Why should James get $2.7M, but others receive ZERO in aid?

John James seems to be of the “Rules for thee, not for me” mindset on this issue and honestly, that could be a slogan for his campaign. He wants to have it both ways on every issue from his support for former President Donald Trump to loan forgiveness. Unsurprising behavior from someone who doesn’t live in the district he supposedly wants to represent in Congress.
