Hey, Cori Bush team! Thank you all so much for your hard work on the Ugly Sweater party! The event was a blast, and such a wonderful opportunity to connect with our community and celebrate the holiday season. You all made this event possible, and we are so appreciative of everything you do to push this campaign toward success!

We'd also like to thank Shana Brooks for stepping up as our Volunteer Coordinator! We know she'll do a great job of keeping everyone informed and involved as we move closer and closer to election day!

Campaign Roles:

Town Hall/Listening Tour Committee - We are looking for five volunteers to assemble a Town Hall/Listening Tour Committee. This committee will work with the events team to nail down the dates, topics, and venues for monthly Town Hall/Listening Tour community meetings. If you are interested, please contact [email protected].

House Party Hosts - Are you interested in hosting a meet and greet for friends and family to meet Cori and learn about the campaign? Sign up for a December or January date by reaching out to Stephanie at [email protected].

This Week's Events:

Tuesday - Saturday

Daily Canvasses - 10am-1pm: We're kicking our canvassing into high gear as we come to the end of 2019. We'll be canvassing Monday-Saturday every week. Come out and canvass with us—and bring a friend or two! We’ll start with a 15 minute training at campaign headquarters, then pair up and go knock on some doors. Come hydrated, with a charged phone and comfortable walking shoes, and the rest will be provided by the campaign. Sign up here.

Phone Bank From Home: Not up to braving the cold, but still want to contribute to the campaign? We can get you set up and trained to call voters from the comfort of your own home and on your schedule! Calling voters is an easy and incredibly impactful way to make a difference in this campaign. Tuesday, December 17th

Volunteers Calling Volunteers - 5-8:30pm: We need enthusiastic volunteers to meet at campaign headquarters (75 N Oaks Plaza, St. Louis, MO 63121) to make calls to those who have indicated they’d like to volunteer with the campaign. Show up when you can and stay as long as you’d like! Training and materials will be provided. Sign up here.

Postcard Writing Party at Urban Chestnut Brewery (Washington Avenue) - 7pm-9pm: We need your help to write holiday postcards! Our campaign aims to reach 5000 voters by December 18th. We have custom postcards and opportunity for you to write a customized message to these voters. Sign up to attend our postcard writing party! Can't attend? Email [email protected] to grab a stack and write postcards from home.
