We’re coming up on our August end-of-month fundraising deadline, and we just got some news that makes hitting this mark especially critical.

As you may know, Kevin McCarthy’s super PAC has already committed $1.6 million in TV ads to attack Mike and bolster our opponent. Well, we just got word that these ads could go live in as early as two weeks.

Team Levin is working around the clock to prepare our response -- on the airwaves, on digital platforms, and in mailboxes. This Wednesday marks our final end-of-month deadline to fund these efforts fully, but as it stands, we are coming up a bit short of our mark. We still need some help.

McCarthy and his allies think they can buy this race by pouring money into attack ads. This won’t be the first time we’ve stood up to these attacks, and frankly, we think the residents of the 49th District know better than to fall for them.

Voters across the political spectrum know that Mike’s been fighting to address the most important issues facing our communities. We need to keep getting the word out, and the best way we can do that right now is by exceeding our monthly goal.
