Hey Team – I know it’s not realistic for you to donate to every fundraising email from our campaign.

You probably get way too many from me and from everyone else clamoring to get your attention – and truly, I’m sorry to add to the clutter in your inbox.

But that’s exactly why we have to send so many – of the tens of thousands of folks who receive our emails, only about a third will open them. And even less will actually take the time to click through and pitch in $5, $10, $25 or $50 to help defend MI-11.

We’re up against a critical end-of-month fundraising deadline in TWO DAYS, so we’ve been reaching out a lot over the past few days to try and get in front of as many eyes as possible.

So first of all, thanks for even reading this. Second of all, we’re falling a little over $5,000 short of our end-of-month fundraising goal for August – will you be one of the 200 grassroots donors we need to chip in $25 or more to help us reach it in time?
