Johh – I'm reaching out today to talk to you about my ally and friend, Dr. Kim Schrier.
Kim is a pediatrician, mother, and representative for Washington's competitive 8th Congressional District. She's running for re-election in a race that could determine the fate of the House majority this November, and she needs our help.
Kim is facing Matt Larkin, an extreme MAGA Republican. Larkin is a staunch supporter of Donald Trump and he refused to say whether the results of the 2020 presidential election were legitimate. He's also unapologetically anti-choice, and wants to ban abortion even in cases of rape or incest.
We can't afford Larkin in the House, and Kim is in for a tough race. Election experts are calling Kim's race a "toss up," and dark money is flooding the district with attacks against her.
