“Gen Z is poised to go to Washington. Maxwell Alejandro Frost, 25, a progressive activist, has some Democrats already talking him up as the future of the party.”
John, this week has been an incredible whirlwind. I won my primary and now have the unprecedented opportunity to become the first Gen Z Member of Congress.
For too long, young people haven’t had a seat at the table. But this year for the first time ever, Gen-Z candidates are eligible to run for Congress and FORCE them to hear our concerns.
This week, we proved that Gen Z is ready to claim our seat at the table, fight for progress, and build a future without gun violence, rising healthcare costs, and climate change.
John, I only made it this far because of the support of grassroots donors who believed in me. Will you pitch in $27 to my general election fund and join this movement to elect the next generation of leadership? >>
I never planned on running for office at 25 years old. But I took the risk to run for office because I saw a problem to fix and I knew I had to fight for the most vulnerable among us.
It wasn’t easy. I didn’t have a wealthy network or political dynasty money behind me.
I had to quit my job with March for Our Lives to run, and I started Ubering on the side to make money to make ends meet while I ran.
But it was all worth it. Because now I’m moving on to the general election to bring the fight for the most vulnerable to Congress.
We have a once in a lifetime chance here to alter the future trajectory of this country, John. But the GOP is already gearing up to defeat me in November. Will you pitch in $27 to help me take this to the finish line and become the first Gen-Z Member of Congress? >>
Thank you for everything, John.
On to November!
Maxwell Frost
