Katie recently appeared on Pod Save America, where host Dan Pfeiffer called her opponent, Kari Lake, “the most dangerous candidate in the country.”

He’s right.

Kari Lake has built her campaign around conspiracy theories and lies, claiming that “America knows the 2020 election was stolen. America knows President Trump was the true winner.”

Arizona can’t afford a conspiracy theorist using the governor’s office to spread misinformation, especially now when women’s rights and voting rights are under attack. Kari poses a direct threat to our democratic election process and has pledged to dismantle the fundamental right to a safe, legal abortion in our state.

But that’s not all.

Kari supports Arizonans – including minors – purchasing weapons of war. She has said she would allow Arizonans to own rocket launchers — weapons of war used to fight tanks and heavy artillery that cause mass destruction. Allowing anyone to own these would only create more danger in our communities.
