Dear Friend, 

Protecting and fighting for consumers is core to who I am. Grounded in my family’s story of surviving the Holocaust, when I see an injustice I am driven to fight it, and stand up for those who are wronged.

As your Attorney General, I have pursued and held accountable bad actors and irresponsible companies both large and small—and brought back $130 million to Colorado consumers in refunds and student debt relief.

Powerful interests and companies must treat people fairly and follow the law. If they don’t, they will hear from me and my team. Our job is to fight to make it right, like we did against CenturyLink, DirecTV, Wells Fargo, and many more.
