Disciple Your Kids and Run for School Board |

School boards have been the center of a lot of controversy in recent years. The National School Board Association labeled parents "domestic terrorists," children are being given books that can't be read aloud in public, and drag queens are being invited to school assemblies. As a result, many parents and concerned citizens have concluded it's time for new leadership and have chosen to run for school board. Is that a bad idea? Christianity Today ran an article titled "Don't Run for School Board" that made this very argument. |

Gut Elim: A Haven of Hope for Ukraine |

The war in Ukraine continues to escalate despite declining media coverage. Cities are still being bombed, families are still fleeing, and men - both young and old - are still fighting for their country. Recently, I visited Gut Elim, a community hidden in the green German countryside within the small town of Bad Wildungen that is helping refugees. "When you're coming to Gut Elim," one of the coordinators said, "you're coming to God's move on the earth." She was right. |

'Republicans Should Be Scared': Conservative Election Experts React to Pelosi's Comments |

After Tuesday's primaries, Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) praised the Democratic voter turnout, saying, "Republicans should be very, very, very scared this morning about their prospects. I have never believed that we would not hold the House. That's my mission. And that's what I hope to accomplish, and I plan to do it." While predictions and hopes for a red wave in November have been high, are conservatives and Republicans right to heed Pelosi's victory cry? |
