I am one of 71 international leaders on the Blacklist of the Ukrainian Center for Countering Disinformation [CCD], along with Helga Zepp-LaRouche, Harley Schlanger, Sen. Rand Paul, Tulsi Gabbard, Scott Ritter, Ray McGovern, Col. Richard Black, and others.  See the original list linked here <[link removed]>.  People on the list are called by the CCD "information terrorists" and "war criminals".



I AM CALLING ON YOU TO ACT TO SHUT DOWN THIS MURDER, INC. AND PARTICULARLY TO STOP ITS FUNDING WITH YOUR TAX DOLLARS!



Why am I being attacked as an "information terrorist"?  Newsweek recently quoted me as follows: <[link removed]> “The idea of saying that I’m an information terrorist, that somehow I am a war criminal for saying we should not have a nuclear war … that’s what they [the CCD] are asserting.”



Senator Rand Paul was targeted for calling for an audit of the funds being sent by the US government to Ukraine.



Military analyst and arms inspector Scott Ritter made clear that these lists published by the Ukrainian Center for Countering Disinformation (DCC), with the direct involvement of the US State Department,  are "hit lists".  Ritter wrote on August 3rd <[link removed]>:   “Moreover, Ukraine has a history of converting ‘blacklists’ of this nature into ‘kill lists’, where those who speak out against the policies of the Ukrainian government are being murdered or threatened with violence’.”  Ritter's warning was confirmed after the assassination of the daughter of Alexander Dugin, Darya Dugina, in a car bombing on August 20 in Moscow.  Dugin was on the hit list of an organization called Myrotvorets, which is associated with the Center for Countering Disinformation.  Other associates of mine, including Helga LaRouche, are also on the Myrotvorets list.



I have documented these circumstances in several previous emails, including a detailed email sent August 7th, and in my statement published July 31st <[link removed]> entitled "US Senate Candidate Diane Sare Responds to Ukrainian Blacklisting; Questions Schumer's Intention."  







Now it is up to you!



Call or visit your Congressional representative, and demand that they stop funding killers who are threatening journalists, incumbents, and candidates such as myself!



New York Senators Chuck Schumer, and  Kirsten Gillibrand and all members of the Select Committees on Intelligence, as well as the Committees of  Relations/Foreign Affairs, and Judiciary, were hand-delivered this letter <[link removed]>, signed by sixteen prominent Americans whose names appeared on the hitlist.

CALL YOUR CONGRESSIONAL REPRESENTATIVE BEGINNING EARLY THIS MORNING!



It is critical that TOMORROW MORNING you begin calling your Congressional Representatives and demand that they end the funding of operations targeting scholars, and political figures for their questioning of the escalation in Ukraine.   



Here are instructions for this mobilization!



What you need to do:



- EVERYONE should call Sen. Chuck Schumer’s office, 202-224-3121 main switchboard, demanding he cut off the funding he had arranged for the Ukrainian government office issuing threats against American citizens, including his opponent for the office of U.S. Senator from New York, myself,  Diane Sare.

- Look up the websites for your members of Congress. Find your Congressman here. <[link removed]>Find your Senator here.  <[link removed]>  Check their committee assignments. 

- CALL through the Capitol switchboard, 202-224-3121, to reach any office in the Senate or House, or

- FILL OUT AN EMAIL BOX available on their website, or

- WRITE A PERSONAL LETTER to the address listed on the website. This often carries special weight, because the office is obliged to write a response. Include a copy of the letter <[link removed]> and the CCD target list. <[link removed]>



You can follow the same procedures to contact district offices. Since Congress is out of session and it’s an election year, you may be able to intersect members of Congress and staff directly in the home districts going into the Labor Day period.
