Just moments ago, Pennsylvania's House State Government Committee voted in favor of the Convention of States resolution with a final vote of 13-11!  

This major victory was secured after a joint House and Senate committee hearing, where COS supporters filled their hearing room to standing room only. 

Our legislation is currently running through the House and Senate simultaneously, which means that a committee vote in the Senate and floor vote in the House could happen any day now.
