In the weeks since the Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs, champions in Congress have introduced a variety of bills to affirm and strengthen federal protections for reproductive health care and increase access for those most impacted by state abortion bans and restrictions.  

The bills include the Women’s Health Protection Act (WHPA), the Stop Anti-Abortion Disinformation (SAD) Act, the Right to Contraception Act, and more. These pieces of legislation target the variety of ways access to abortion, contraception, and other reproductive health care has been affected in the wake of the Dobbs decision.  

Right now, members of Congress are in their home districts during congressional recess. This is the perfect time to contact your members of Congress and urge them to support these important bills when they return to Washington.
