When Sigal Chattah was recently asked about her campaign’s fundraising, she said it’s been “going great so far” and “there is great support from out of state.”

We know what that means — national groups like the Republican Attorneys General Association and conservative mega donors with big checkbooks are funding the campaign of an extremist election-denier to flip my seat red and put a Big Lie supporter in office just in time for the 2024 presidential election. 

For the sake of our state and our democracy, we can’t let that happen. Nevada deserves an attorney general who will protect the fundamental right to vote, not seek to dismantle it. And the only way to stop Sigal in her tracks is to double down on our efforts to grow our campaign and talk to voters across the state about the stakes of this election.
