Tyler was active duty in the Marine Corps for 9 years, mostly in the Marine Special Operations Forces unit called the Marine Raiders. He served on four overseas tours, commanding more than 500 U.S. and partner nation personnel on counterterrorism operations. In 2020, Tyler answered the call to service again, running for Congress in Minnesota’s 2nd District — one of the most competitive seats in America. He came up just short, but now he’s back, and this time we must get him over the finish line. This is going to be one of the closest races in America — just like it was in 2020.
