Earlier this month in Kansas, voters soundly rejected an extremist measure that would have given state legislators the power to ban all abortions without exception in the state.
It was an incredible reminder that voters won’t stand idly by and let radical right-wing politicians take away our rights and freedoms. And, JOHN, we can do the same thing here in Maryland.

My opponent Andy Harris is the only anti-choice representative in Maryland’s federal delegation. He is vehemently anti-abortion and is part of a group of radical, fringe lawmakers who are already working up a nationwide abortion ban with no exceptions.
In Kansas, voters rejected anti-abortion efforts and turned out in record numbers to send a message. Let’s do the same thing here in Maryland by defeating Harris in November.
