“a lot of the money is going into trees. … We've got enough trees. Don’t we have enough trees around here?”
Here’s the scary part: FiveThirtyEight currently rates Georgia’s Senate election as a toss-up between Walker and Senator Raphael Warnock, one of the strongest pro-environment, pro-climate action champions in the Senate.

• In Pennsylvania, Senate candidate Mehmet Oz told supporters, “carbon dioxide, my friends, is 0.04% of our air. That’s not the problem.”
• In Wisconsin, Senator Ron Johnson has said, “I think climate change is ... bulls—.”
• In Nevada, Senate candidate Adam Laxalt once signed a letter defending ExxonMobil, saying there is a “reasonable suspicion” of climate science.
