Children's Health Defense (CHD) wishes you and your family a healthy, happy holiday!

In 2019, CHD has worked tirelessly to tackle the health conditions plaguing our children and, because of your activism and support, we are stronger than ever! Together we are building a health conscious, enlightened movement that can change the world and restore health to our children and protect future generations. Thank you for being a crucial part of our success!

With your help, CHD has been able to expose causes, demand action, seek justice and protect children. It has been a busy year! Here are just a few highlights: 

• Vaccine Safety Information: RFK, Jr. kicked off the year with Robi vs. Merck Science Day in court. The judge ruled that discovery could go forward. Here is the Gardasil Facts video – RFK, Jr. showing the world what is known so far about Merck’s Gardasil Clinical Trials.
• DOJ Alleged Fraud and Obstruction of Justice: Last year, RFK, Jr. petitioned the Office of Inspector General (OIG) of the Department of Justice (DOJ) and both Senate and House Judiciary Committees to investigate alleged fraud and obstruction of justice of two key DOJ lawyers in the 2009 “Vaccine Court” Omnibus Autism Proceedings (OAP). The OAP rulings denied justice to 5400 families who claimed vaccines triggered autism in their children. 2019 began with Sharyl Attkisson’s coverage of the OAP “Vaccine Debate” on her Sunday News program, Full Measure. The DOJ Office of Professional Responsibility has not produced a satisfactory explanation for what happened but CHD is still pursuing the answers and other legal remedies.  
• Fighting for Medical Freedom: RFK, Jr. spent a great deal of time traveling to states to help fight draconian mandates that threaten medical freedom. Here is an inspiring video where CHD calls attention to the amazing work of advocates in states across the country and world. (Since the video was made, many other states have introduced legislation.) CHD created the mandates toolbox on the website to give parents tools they could use to push back on the mandates legislation. Also CHD wrote many articles on mandates.
• CHD Announced That FDA Concedes Government is Recommending Untested, Unlicensed Vaccines for Pregnant Women. In response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed by CHD attorney, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., the FDA has admitted, for the first time, that government agencies, including the CDC, are recommending vaccines for pregnant women that have neither been licensed for pregnant mothers by FDA nor tested for safety in clinical trials. 
• Educating Families, Media and the Public: As a service to you, and because of your generous support,164 articles have been published this year in our free CHD newsletter, Kennedy News & Views (KN&V) providing peer-reviewed and trustworthy facts on children’s health, harmful environmental exposures, inadequate vaccine safety, government corruption and the need for justice. Some recent radio and TV spots include: Truth in Media, Ben Swann, The Voice of Reason Radio with Mark Reed (with video streaming), BBC Documentary, The Mandate for Choice by Journalist Katia Txi, Fox News, NY and  The Gilcrest Experience.
• Educating Lawmakers: CHD and over 300 advocates attended the one-sided Federal Senate hearing called “Vaccines Save Lives. What is Driving Preventable Disease Outbreaks?” and created these six handouts for parents to help educate their lawmakers about the issue.
• Educating Policy Makers: RFK, Jr. sent a letter to CDC’s ACIP warning the committee that they were making a grave mistake if they recommended Gardasil and shared what he knew about the clinical trials.
• Published “Conflicts of Interest Undermine Children’s Health”: The eBook lays out the facts about how ethical betrayals and the lack of integrity are impeding sound public health policy and vaccine safety science—and undermining the health of our children. The eBook was also published in Spanish. Our next eBook will be about mandates.
• Research, Legal and Information Hub: Our website has continued to grow in order to educate families about childhood health epidemics and the environmental exposures associated with causing them including: vaccines, fluoride, chlorpyrifos, 5G, glyphosate, flu shots, acetaminophen and more.  
• Calling for Open, Honest Debates: RFK, Jr. is still willing to debate anyone, anywhere about the science. So far, no one is willing. Yale was to hold a debate but the four professors/immunologists scheduled to debate the lone voice of Mr. Kennedy backed out within hours of the debate. Spectrum News 1 in LA recently aired this Q & A between RFK, Jr. and Dr. Riewerts of Kaiser Permanente.
• CHD Brought Several Legal Actions against the state of New York to overturn the repeal of religious exemptions. There have been a couple of unfavorable rulings, but CHD is planning on another appeal. Also CHD brought action against Beech-Nut Nutrition Company concerning misrepresentation that their “Naturals” baby foods are 100% natural. CHD is asking for policy change in Beech-Nut “Naturals” products and advertising. 
• Premier of Vaxxed II: The People’s Truth with RFK, Jr. as Executive Producer. Vaxxed II opened to over 100 theater screens nationwide within a couple of weeks of the premiere, to an audience of over 11,000 viewers. Since then, theaters have shown the film to thousands more. The Vaxxed bus will be traveling and the film shown through at least February 2020.
• Building the Movement: Our movement is growing despite heavy censorship. CHD will not rest until we stop the children’s health epidemics, justice is served and effective policies are implemented. Rallies like the Vaccine Injury Epidemic (VIE) Event where Mr. Kennedy spoke underscore our devotion to children’s health, medical freedom, justice and truth.
