Governor Asa Hutchinson Announces Appointments

LITTLE ROCK – Governor Asa Hutchinson today announced the following appointments:

Anita Cabe, Gurdon, to the Board of Trustees of Henderson State University. Appointment begins January 15, 2020, and expires January 14, 2027. Replaces Brown Hardman.

Dr. Dwight Duckworth, Springdale, to the Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners.  Appointment expires September 1, 2024. Replaces Dr. Bill Dill.

Dr. Cara Jones, Little Rock, to the Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners. Appointment expires September 1, 2024. Replaces Dr. James Moore.

Edward Appler, Conway, to the Child Welfare Agency Review Board. Appointment expires March 1, 2023. Reappointment.

Josh Bryant, Rogers, to the Child Welfare Agency Review Board. Appointment expires March 1, 2023. Replaces Matthew Flemister.

Sheriff Ron Brown, Van Buren, to the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training. Appointment expires January 14, 2021. Replaces Doc Holladay.

Sherriff Lafayette Woods, Jr., Pine Bluff, to the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training. Appointment expires January 14, 2022. Replaces Boyd Hicks.

Doc Holladay, Little Rock, to the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training. Appointment expires January 14, 2026. Replaces Barney Reeves.
