Hey folks—it's Rep. Jake LaTurner.

I'll be honest. I am incredibly frustrated with the Biden Administration's reckless actions that continue to crush hard-working Kansans.

Joe Biden just announced his $300 billion student loan bailout plan. This reckless executive action would forgive $20,000 in loans to couples that earn up to $250,000!

Let's be clear. There's no such thing as eliminating student loan debt. Democrats simply transferred the burden to hard-working taxpayers who either paid off their loans already or never took a loan out in the first place. So under Democrat leadership, if you worked hard and paid your bills, you now get higher inflation and more taxes as a result. I don't think that's fair at all.

Growing up, most of us were taught to work hard and play by the rules. These commonsense standards no longer apply in President Biden's America. That's why it's so important that Republicans take back the House in November and restore commonsense, conservative values to Congress.
