This morning, Charlie Crist — the pro-lockdown, career politician who is running to defeat Governor DeSantis — chose his running mate and she’s... definitely a choice.


Charlie’s choice for Lieutenant Governor, Karla Hernández Mats, is wait for it... an anti-parent, pro-lockdown, Castro regime-sympathizer, teachers’ union radical.


Even after the sweeping victories of Governor DeSantis-endorsed school board candidates — proving Floridians are looking for education, not indoctrination for our students — Charlie picks the Randi Weingarten of Florida as his choice for Florida’s Lieutenant Governor.

This is a giant slap in the face to every Florida parent and student across the state.


As union boss, Karla joined Fauci in fighting to keep our kids locked out of schools. When Governor DeSantis kept schools open and students in the classroom, Karla protested by driving hearses around the city of Miami.


When Governor DeSantis removed racist and woke gender ideologies from the classroom, Karla fought for the indoctrination of our students by advocating to teach students to hate each other and our country.


Her extremism does not stop at her attempted destruction of our schools. Karla publicly mourned the death of murderous dictator Fidel Castro.

Mats wants to defund the police and thinks our law enforcement officers are racist. She sides with violent rioters and has actively worked against laws that put violent criminals behind bars.

Just like Charlie and Brandon, Mats wants to see a world where our students, our values, and our communities are under attack.


Charlie doesn’t care about Floridians or our state. He cares about being an extension of the Biden regime and turning the free state of Florida into a socialist dystopia.


It’s no secret that Charlie votes 100% of the time with Biden and Nancy Pelosi, and Karla is cut from the same cloth. She’s looking to destroy our country and attack our values.


This choice isn’t a slip up on Charlie’s part — this is a deliberate and concerted effort to turn Florida into the next California.
