Hi folks,

I wanted to talk to you about a word that means a lot to me: faith.

In my life, faith has meant believing wholeheartedly in certain things, even if I can’t quite see them. I have faith in a lot of things, but if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that faith without action will only ever set us up for disappointment.

So, I act on my faith.

I put time and energy into the fight to secure our sacred right to vote because I have faith in our democracy.

I speak out against injustice of all types because I have faith in our country’s promise of equality under the law.

And I’m in this race for Congress because I have faith in Alabama.

Far-right zealots like to pretend that they’re the only ones guided by faith in this race. That couldn’t be further from the truth. My faith in my country and in the community I call home is at the heart of this campaign.

Right now, I’m asking my supporters to do more than have faith in this campaign. I need them to act on it. So if you have faith in Alabama, if you have faith in our future, and if you have faith in me, please chip in right now to my campaign:
