Fundraising is my least favorite part of this job, but I am going to have to ask you to make a donation before midnight. I hope you will give me a chance to explain.

I don't ask for your hard-earned dollars because I enjoy it. I do it because Republicans are spending outrageous sums of money to maintain their stranglehold on the Senate, and the only chance we have to keep Minnesota blue and flip the majority is by collecting small-dollar contributions from a whole lot of folks like you.

The only reason we were able to hold our own against special interests and GOP mega-donors to win our race last year was because of you. So, I'm turning to you again:

Will you add a donation of $10 or more to help us meet our important fundraising deadline at midnight? Every dollar you give allows me to spend more time focused on winning re-election and less time worrying about fundraising. This is important. I need your help.
