A reported side deal being negotiated could erode communities' ability to have a say on the permitting process, fast-track pipelines like the Mountain Valley Pipeline, and undermine America's bedrock environmental laws. Forcing an approval of the Mountain Valley Pipeline would harm our climate and sell out Appalachian communities as sacrifice zones.
