About the job
This position is integral to the success of Capitol Security and Visitor Services by providing supervisory support and coverage of weekend, holiday, large-event, and after-hours operations. This role requires the ability to handle customer questions and to resolve complex issues and complaints as they arise, as well as to understand, apply, and communicate rules and regulations. You will also need to have the ability to be self-directed, highly organized, and to think clearly and make decisions in real time.
