This week, news broke that a conservative dark money group landed a massive $1.6 billion check (tax-free, of course). 

New York Times reported that this might be the largest single contribution ever made to a politically focused nonprofit.

We know that a large chunk of this cash is going to find its way to Michigan because our state is one of the most critical battleground states this election year. 

Not only does control of the U.S. House run straight through Michigan, but some of the country’s most extreme, election-denying Republicans are on the ballot. If even one of these extremists wins, they will hold a massive megaphone and will use their power to push forward their wrong-for-Michigan agenda. 

We’re ready to fight back, together, Team. We have been working hard to build a powerful grassroots foundation in Michigan — the same foundation that delivered Democrats to victory in 2018 and 2020. 

When we come together, we win together, and that’s exactly what we are going to do this November.
