Hi, it’s John Fetterman — Lieutenant Governor of Pennsylvania + Democratic
nominee for U.S. Senate.

You wanna talk about why American elections are so messed up,
John? Let’s start with the number 29, because it tells you
everything you need to know.

👉 The average donation to our campaign for U.S. Senate is $29.

In order to raise all the money it takes to win this race for you + me +
PA, we’ve received a mind boggling 582,000 contributions. Now, you might
be thinking: “Why the hell would John Fetterman need 582,000 $29
donations”

Allow me to explain:

👉 A big super PAC called “Senate Leadership Fund” (name sounds really
nice, huh?) booked $29 MILLION+ in TV and radio ads to attack me + boost
Dr. Oz.

John, the GOP is booking TV advertising attacks against
Democrats like me and No Dem Left Behind nationally. And as much as I hate
to admit it, we know from experience that when super PACs beat people over
the head with these stupid 30-second ads… they can drag you down in the
polls.

So I’m emailing you today for something entirely predictable… $29. Because
we need to ensure that Democrats like me and No Dem Left Behind's
candidates win in November. And, without a whole bunch of you, we aren’t
going to be able to push back against this huge negative ad campaign.

[ [link removed] ]So, can you make a $29 donation (or more or less, it really doesn’t
matter) to me and No Dem Left Behind? Seriously every dollar helps when
you’re up against this kind of super PAC spending.

It shouldn’t be this way. 

You shouldn’t have to be a gazillionaire like Dr. Oz to run for office.

You shouldn’t have super PACs spending $29 MILLION to try and sink
Democrats like me and No Dem Left Behind.

But, until we get to the Senate and fight for real campaign finance
reform, this is the world we live in. And the only way I know how to beat
the Big Money is by energizing as many of YOU as possible to chip in $29
at a time.

The attacks are going to get worse and worse from here on out. [ [link removed] ]If you
can, please make a $29 donation so that No Dem Left Behind and my campaign
don’t fall behind on fundraising + so we can compete toe to toe with the
giant super PACs.
