Many jurisdictions have opted to add Inclusionary Housing Programs to their policy toolbox in an effort to keep housing affordable. Inclusionary Housing policies vary widely in their details and how they are implemented. Join us on December 18th to hear from Atlanta Councilmember Andre Dickens and Namon Freeman on how Inclusionary Housing programs work, and to learn about the city of Atlanta’s Inclusionary Housing Program. The session will be taking a deeper dive into assessing both project and program feasibility using Grounded Solutions Network's Inclusionary Housing Calculator.
