John, it's Alex, Trudy's campaign manager. People ask me all the time if we can really win this race, if we can actually flip Missouri blue. And I always tell them the same thing: "Yes, but not alone."
This seat is absolutely winnable, but we need the help of folks like you to pull this thing off. That's why I'm asking: Can you chip in $5, or any amount, before 11:59 p.m. so that we can hit our $10,000 goal tonight and send Trudy to Washington? Here's the best link to give: https://secure.actblue.com/contribute/page/tbv-email

As one of our top supporters, I want you to hear directly from me why I believe Trudy can – and will – win in November.
Our opponent, Eric Schmitt is just plain wrong for Missouri. He's a career politician being propped up by right-wing, anti-choice megadonors, and they're pushing radical ideas that don't match Missouri values. Families here don't want another sell out extremist who only cares about his own ambition and radical ideology.
Just a few weeks ago, the entire country watched as Missouri's neighbors in Kansas rejected the GOP's radical, anti-abortion agenda. The tide is shifting in the midwest and it's giving Trudy a clear path to victory.
But more than trends and election data, I know that Trudy will win because I know Missouri and the incredible families who call our state home. I know our voters, our neighbors, and our communities. I know that we are capable of turning out the vote when it counts. I know that we will reject hatred and division and choose kindness and compassion. And I know that we will send Trudy to Washington.
But like I said, we can't do this alone. We need you on our team – and specifically, right now we need 13 more donors from your neighborhood to pitch in before midnight tonight. So please, John, can I count on you to pitch in $5 tonight to flip Missouri blue, elect Trudy, and bring compassion back to Washington? Here's that link to give again: https://secure.actblue.com/contribute/page/tbv-email

Thank you so much for believing in our team and in Missouri.
With gratitude,
Alex Witt (Campaign Manager)
