After Tuesday’s big victory, we’re on to November!

Thanks to the support of this grassroots team, Pat will represent NY-19 in Congress. This is the seat formerly held by Lt. Governor Antonio Delgado, but because of the redistricting process that took place in New York earlier this year, Pat’s home ended up in a district that looks a little different than the one he just won.

In the November general election, Pat will be running for New York’s 18th congressional district, which includes a majority of Dutchess and Ulster (Pat’s home!) Counties, and all of Orange County.

Here’s the thing: so many of the things we cherish most about our country are under threat. Our opponent in the general election, Colin Schmitt, is a far-right Republican with even more extremist views than Marc Molinaro.

He rallied supporters before the January 6 attacks on our Capitol and is backed by the very traitors who tried to overthrow our government.

He’s starkly anti-choice and supports throwing doctors in jail for helping victims of rape.

He’s going to threaten our democracy and our freedoms if he makes it to Congress.
