I'm going to be blunt. This is a CRITICAL MOMENT. It's the biggest fight in a generation, and something major just happened. Now, we're facing a vital deadline in 6 DAYS.

A federal court in Texas refused to capitulate to the Biden Administration's lawsuit to block an abortion ban – a massive win. Countless babies will be saved. Then JUST HOURS AGO, a federal court in Idaho blocked an abortion ban in a nearly identical Biden lawsuit.

This sets up a massive federal appellate court battle that could head straight back to the Supreme Court. President Biden MUST NOT be allowed to undermine the Supreme Court's decision overruling Roe.

We've already filed a brief in the Idaho case, and now our legal team is preparing to file vital amicus briefs in both cases in federal appeals court. We will go back to the Supreme Court to defend unborn babies if necessary. Together, we're these helpless babies' last line of defense.
