Hey there, team.
Eric was recently interviewed by our local NPR affiliate here in IL-17 about his campaign for Congress. This interview is jam-packed with awesome tidbits about Eric’s local roots and why he’s running, so we thought we’d share it with you.

Eric was born and raised in Rockford, and because he has deep roots in this community, he understands intimately the problems our region faces -- from access to quality health care to the impacts that climate change has on our farming communities.
There’s no doubt this is going to be a competitive race that has a lot of national eyes on it. But Eric jumped in this race on the premise that we need a representative that’s accessible and focused on local issues. That’s the type of campaign we’re running.
We can use your help getting the word out to friends and family about Eric’s race. If you can take a moment to listen to this interview, then consider sharing the audio on Facebook [[link removed]] or Twitter [[link removed]] .
More soon,
Team Sorensen
