The Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade has enabled Republicans’ regressive, extreme agenda. Republicans are pouring millions of dollars into the state-level ballot, hundreds of insurrection enablers are on the state legislative ballot, and Trump is rallying his base behind his loyalists.

But it’s not all bad news – earlier this month, voters in Kansas rejected a constitutional amendment that would have ended the right to an abortion in the state by a HUGE margin! And the latest polling shows Democrats leading on the state legislative generic ballot in three battleground states.

This grassroots energy is promising, but we can't risk it peaking weeks before Election Day – and keeping this momentum and building our Democratic power this fall rests on hitting our monthly fundraising goals.
